Activate your licence key

To unlock Pro, go to Answer Desk > Licence, paste your key in the Licence key box and click Activate on this site. The menu item then shows your plan name instead of "Free".

Find your key

• The key arrives by email right after payment.
• You can also find it at any time in My licences on digital.nopvideo.com.

Activate the key

1. In WordPress, go to Answer Desk > Licence (Free).
2. In the Licence key card, paste the whole key into the text box.
3. Click Activate on this site.
4. You see the message Licence active on this site. The Current plan card now shows your plan.

From that moment every document is used in answers, conversations can be kept longer than 30 days and exported, and the Pro options on the Appearance screen are saved. Documents you added before activating start working immediately, with no re-indexing.

See the pricing page for current prices. If your plan has an end date, the Current plan card shows Renews on followed by the date.

If activation fails

• Key not recognised. Check that you copied it in full.: paste the key again, without spaces before or after.
• The licence is already in use on another site.: all the sites of your plan are taken. Release one (see Move a licence to another site) or buy another licence.
• The licence has expired.: renew it from your account.
• The licence server cannot be reached: your server could not contact ours. Try again later; if it persists, ask your host whether outgoing connections are blocked.

The 7-day trial

If you want to try Pro before buying, the Licence screen shows a card called Try everything for 7 days. Click Start the trial. No card is needed and nothing renews automatically. At the end the site goes back to the free version and keeps all its settings. The trial can be used once per site, and uninstalling the plugin does not reset it.
