Mail · WordPress SMTP plugin

Every email from your site reaches the inbox

And when one does not, you know why

Contact forms, orders and password resets leave through your SMTP server: Gmail, Microsoft 365, Brevo or your hosting. Every email is logged with its result, and a failed one shows up in the dashboard with the reason.

The contact form works. The emails just never arrive.

A customer called: they wrote to us a week ago and nobody answered.

The order confirmations all end up in spam.

WordPress says the email was sent. Where did it go?

One subscription for every plugin

Refund policy

For every site that sends email, which is every site

Shops and booking sites

Order confirmations, invoices and booking reminders leave from your own address and land in the inbox, not in spam.

Companies with a contact form

Every request is in the log with its result. If the server refuses one, the dashboard tells you and says why.

Web designers and agencies

Presets for the usual providers, a test email that shows the conversation with the server, and with Pro an alert on Slack when a client site stops sending.

Email you can check, not just hope for

It works with any plugin that sends through WordPress: forms, WooCommerce, memberships, newsletters.

Any SMTP service

Gmail, Microsoft 365, Brevo, Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Aruba, OVH and more: pick one and server, port and encryption are filled in.

A test that explains itself

Send a test email and read the conversation with the server, password hidden. If it fails you get the cause in plain words.

A log of every email

Recipients, subject, result, error and the plugin that sent it. Kept 30 days, deleted on its own.

Alerts when one fails

A notice in the dashboard for free. With Pro also by email and on Slack, Discord, Google Chat or Teams.

Your sender, everywhere

Replaces the made-up wordpress@ address with yours, and bounces come back to you.

Password kept safe

Stored encrypted with the keys of your site, or kept out of the database in wp-config.php.

Questions before you install

Everything that makes emails arrive is free: SMTP, sender, test email, a 30-day log with result and error, and the dashboard notice. Pro adds the full content of each email with resend, alerts by email and webhook, search, CSV export and a log kept up to a year.

Yes, with any plugin that sends through WordPress (wp_mail): Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Fluent Forms, WooCommerce and the rest. Nothing to change in the forms.

In your database, encrypted with the security keys of your site, and it is never sent back to the browser. If you prefer, write it in wp-config.php and it never touches the database.

It does not send newsletters and it is not an email service: you need an SMTP account, from your hosting or from a provider such as Brevo or Gmail. Sign-in with Google or Microsoft (OAuth) is not available yet: for Gmail and Microsoft 365 you use an app password.

Whichever plugin you pick

Settings you can read

Every option says in one line what it does. You won't need a manual or a developer.

Support in your language

The guides are open to everyone. Pro and Commercial customers can email us in English, Italian, French, Spanish or German, and the people who build the plugins reply.

14-day refund

If it isn't right for you, write within 14 days and we refund the full amount.

Ready in three steps
