Quick answers to the questions we are asked most about WP Plus+.

Does installing WP Plus+ change anything on my site?

No. Every module starts switched off. Until you switch one on, WP Plus+ only adds its menu entry.

I switched a module on and nothing happened. Why?

• On the free version only the first five modules you switched on run. Look at the card: if it says Switched on, but over the free limit, so it is not running, switch off a module you need less, or activate a licence.
• Some modules need an option first: Change the login address needs a new address (its card says so while it is missing), Where people land after logging in needs an address and at least one role, and the code and CSS modules need something in their boxes.
• If your site uses a caching plugin or server cache, clear the cache to see changes on the public site.

I forgot the new login address. How do I get back in?

With FTP or your hosting file manager, rename the folder wp-content/plugins/wp-plus (for example to wp-plus-off). The plugin switches off and yoursite.com/wp-login.php works again. Log in, rename the folder back, reactivate the plugin under Plugins and check the address in the module's card. See Log in and users modules.

My contact form or shop stopped working. What happened?

The most likely cause is Close the REST API to strangers. Add the form's or shop's route to Routes that stay open (for example contact-form-7/v1 or wc/store), or switch the module off. See Switch off modules.

I switched on System summary but I do not see it

The four lines appear inside the At a glance box on the dashboard, and only for administrators. If Clean up the dashboard hides At a glance, untick it there.

Do I lose the settings when I switch a module off?

No. Switching a module off keeps its options. Switch it back on and they are as you left them. Deactivating the plugin also keeps everything.

What happens if I delete the plugin?

Deleting WP Plus+ from Plugins removes all module settings and the licence data from the site. If you have a licence, the site is released on our server first, so the key is free for another site; if our server cannot be reached at that moment, see Move a licence to another site. The record that the free trial was used stays, so reinstalling does not start a new trial.

Can I use the plugin in my language?

The admin is in English and follows the language set in WordPress. Italian is included. Other languages can be added with the usual translation files, for example with the Loco Translate plugin.
