Activate your licence key
To remove the five-module limit, paste your licence key in WP Plus+ > Licence and click Activate on this site. Every module you have switched on starts running straight away, with the settings you already gave it.
Where to find your key
- The key arrives by email right after payment.
- It is also listed in your account at My licences.
- No key yet? Click Buy a licence on the Licence page, or open the pricing page.
Activate the key
- In the WordPress admin go to WP Plus+ > Licence.
- In the Licence key box, paste the full key into the text field.
- Click Activate on this site.
- The message Licence active on this site. appears, and Current plan shows the name of your plan.
From now on the page says Every module runs on this site, with no limit on how many. If your licence has an end date, the page also shows Renews on followed by the date.
Your site must be able to reach digital.nopvideo.com to activate the key. After activation, if our server cannot be reached for a while, the licence stays valid for two weeks, so a network problem never switches your modules off.

If the key is refused
| Message | What to do |

| Enter the licence key. | The field was empty. Paste the key and try again. |
| Key not recognised. Check that you copied it in full. | Copy the key again from the email or from My licences, with no missing characters or extra spaces. |
| The licence is already in use on another site. Release it there, or buy a second one. | All the sites of your plan are in use. Release one of them (see Move a licence) or choose a bigger plan. |
| The licence has expired. Renew it to switch every module back on. | Renew the licence from your account, then activate again. |
| The licence server cannot be reached (...) | Your server could not contact ours. Try again in a few minutes; if it persists, ask your host whether outgoing connections are blocked. |
Try everything for 7 days
If you want to test Pro first, the Licence page has a Try everything for 7 days box.
- Go to WP Plus+ > Licence.
- Click Start the trial.
- The message Trial started. Every module runs for 7 days. appears, and the plan shows Pro trial with the days left.
- No card, no automatic renewal, nothing to cancel.
- At the end the site goes back to the free version, and every module keeps its settings.
- The trial can be used once per site. Deleting and reinstalling the plugin does not start it again.
