Move a licence to another site
To use your licence on a different site, release it on the old site with Release this site, then activate the same key on the new site. Your modules and their settings stay in place on both sites.
1. Release the old site
- On the old site go to WP Plus+ > Licence.
- In the Licence key box click Release this site.
- The message Site released. The key can be used somewhere else. confirms it.
The old site goes back to the free version: its modules stay configured and the first five keep running.
Deleting the plugin from Plugins also releases the site on our server before removing the key. If our server cannot be reached at that moment the slot may stay in use, so releasing first is still the surest way. Deleting the whole site without removing the plugin never tells our server.
2. Activate on the new site
Install WP Plus+ on the new site, then paste the same key in WP Plus+ > Licence and click Activate on this site. See Activate your licence key.
If the old site is gone
If the old site no longer exists, or you saw the message Licence removed from this site, but the server did not confirm: it may still be counted as used., write to webadmin@nopvideo.com with your licence key and the address of the old site, and we will free the slot for you.
