Move a licence to another site
To move your licence, release it on the old site with Release this site, then activate the same key on the new site. The seat is freed immediately.
1. Release the old site
- On the old site, go to Product Viewer > Licence.
- Click Release this site.
- The message Licence released: you can use it on another site. appears. The old site goes back to the free version; its filters and products are kept.
2. Activate on the new site
Install Product Viewer on the new site and follow Activate your licence key with the same key.
If the old site is gone
If you cannot log in to the old site any more (it was deleted, or the domain expired), write to webadmin@nopvideo.com with your licence key and the old site address, and we will free the seat.
Deleting Product Viewer from Plugins on the old site also releases it, as long as the site can reach our server at that moment.
If you see Licence removed from this site, but the server did not confirm: it may still be counted as used., the key was removed locally but our server did not answer. Try the new site anyway; if it says the licence is in use, write to us.
