What is Product Viewer
Product Viewer is a WordPress plugin that puts a filterable product catalogue on a page of your site: a column of filters on the left, the matching products on the right, with a live count next to every filter entry. You build the filters and add the products from the plugin's own screens, without writing code and without using the WordPress editor.
What it does
- Filters you design: a filter is one group in the left column (for example Range), and its entries are the checkboxes inside it (for example Cabinets, Counters). A filter can also be a number split into ranges, for capacity, power or weight.
- Live counts: every entry shows how many products match. Entries that would lead to zero results stay visible but struck through (or hidden, if you prefer).
- Shareable links: the chosen filters are written in the page address, so a filtered view can be copied and sent by email or used in a campaign.
- Search and sorting by name or code.
- Product comparison: visitors pick products and see them side by side in a table.
- CSV import: load a whole price list from a spreadsheet. Loading the same file again updates products instead of duplicating them.
- Colours and sizes set from the admin screens, to match your site.
- Optional product detail page: off by default (the catalogue is a showcase), on if you want one page per product.
Who it is for
Manufacturers, distributors and shops that want to present a range of products and help visitors narrow it down, without running a full e-commerce. It works well for technical catalogues (equipment, machines, components) where people choose by features.
Free version and full version
There is only one plugin. Once installed it runs as the free version. A licence (or the 7 day trial) unlocks the full version on the same installation, with nothing to reinstall.

The limits apply only to what visitors see. If you create eight filters or three hundred products in the free version, nothing is lost: everything over the limit stays saved and appears on its own once a licence is active.
Requirements
- WordPress 6.0 or newer.
- PHP 7.4 or newer (your hosting provider can tell you which version you have).
- JavaScript enabled in the visitor's browser: the filters need it.
The admin screens are in English and follow the language of your site. An Italian translation is included.
