Activate your licence key
You activate the full version from Product Viewer > Licence: paste your licence key in the Licence key card and click Activate. Everything unlocks at once, with nothing to reinstall.
Where to find your key
- The key arrives by email right after payment.
- You can also find it at any time in My licences.
To buy a licence, click See plans in the Your plan card of the Licence screen, or open the pricing page.
Activate it
- Go to Product Viewer > Licence.
- In the Licence key card, paste the whole key in the Paste your key field.
- Click Activate.
- The message Licence active on this site. appears, and the screen shows Full version active with your plan name.
The menu entry changes from Licence (Free) to show your plan. Any filters, products and settings you created beyond the free limits appear on the site straight away.
How many sites and how long
- The Product Viewer licence is a one off payment: it does not expire and does not renew, and it includes updates.
- Every activation uses one site. The Product Viewer licence covers one site and is a one-off payment with no expiry (details on the pricing page). For a second site, buy a second licence.
- To use a key on a different site, release it first: see Move a licence to another site.
The free 7 day trial
If you have not bought yet, the Your plan card on the Licence screen shows Try everything free for 7 days. Click it to unlock the full version for 7 days, with no card and no automatic renewal. The heading then shows how many days are left.
- The trial can be used once per site. Reinstalling the plugin does not restart it.
- When the trial ends, the catalogue keeps working as the free version. Nothing is deleted, and everything comes back when you activate a licence.
Messages you may see

| The licence server cannot be reached (...) | Your site could not contact our server. Try again later; if it keeps happening, ask your hosting provider whether outgoing connections are blocked. |
Once active, the plugin checks the licence now and then. If our server does not answer, your licence stays valid for 14 days, so a network problem does not switch off a paid catalogue. You can force a check with Check now.
