The banner does not appear

• Check that Banner on the site is on in the Banner tab.
• If you are logged in, check Hide the banner from logged-in users in Settings, or test in a private window.
• If you already chose, the banner does not come back until Ask again after runs out. Click the round button, or delete the site cookies in the browser.

A service is not blocked

Run Scan the site in Third parties (Pro) and look at Not recognised, so not blocked. Add a rule for it, or mark the script tag by hand with data-nopdcc-category.

I changed the settings but the site still shows the old banner

Clear the cache of your caching plugin or host after saving. The banner colours are printed in the page, so a cached page keeps the old ones until it is rebuilt.

A form or a checkout stopped working

Look for its service in Third parties and move it to Necessary only if the site cannot work without it. Then click Ask everyone again in Settings.
