Move a licence to another site
To use your key on a different site, first click Release this site in Content Gate > Licence on the old site, then activate the key on the new site. If the old site no longer exists, write to us and we free the slot for you.
1. Release the old site
- On the old site, go to Content Gate > Licence.
- Click Release this site.
- You see Site released. The key can be used somewhere else.
The rules on the old site stay where they are and go back to the free limits.
Deleting the plugin from Plugins also releases the site on our server before removing the key. If our server does not answer at that moment, the plugin is deleted anyway and the slot may stay counted as used: in that case write to us (see below). Deleting the whole site without removing the plugin does not release anything, so release it first.
2. Activate on the new site
Install Content Gate on the new site and follow Activate your licence key with the same key.
If the old site is gone
If you can no longer open the old site, or you see Licence removed from this site, but the server did not confirm, write to webadmin@nopvideo.com with your key and the address of the old site. We free the slot for you.
