Move a licence to another site
To move your licence, free it on the old site with Release this site, then activate the same key on the new site. The number of sites your plan covers does not change.
1. Release the old site
- On the old site, go to Drive Documents > Licence.
- In the Licence key card, click Release this site.
- You see This site has been released. You can now activate the same key on another site.
The old site goes back to the free version. The portal keeps working with the first rule only.
If you see Licence removed from this site, but the server did not confirm: it may still be counted, click Release this site again later, or contact us.
2. Activate on the new site
- Install the plugin on the new site (see Install the free version).
- Go to Drive Documents > Licence, paste the key in Paste your key and click Activate.
Remember to connect Google Drive on the new site too (see Connect Google Drive). You can reuse the same JSON key or create a new one.
Deleting the plugin from Plugins > Installed Plugins also frees the licence on that site, as long as the site can reach our server at that moment.
If the old site no longer exists
If you cannot open the old site any more (it was deleted or the domain expired), write to webadmin@nopvideo.com with your licence key and the old site address. We will free the activation for you.
