Activate your licence key

Pro features are unlocked by pasting your licence key on the Drive Documents > Licence screen and clicking Activate. You can also try Pro for 7 days before buying.

Where to find your key

• The key arrives by email right after payment.
• It is also listed in your account at digital.nopvideo.com/my-licences/.
• It looks like NOPGD-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Activate the licence

1. In the admin menu, click Drive Documents > Licence. You can also click the plan label (Free) in the black bar at the top of any plugin screen.
2. In the Licence key card on the right, paste your key in the field Paste your key.
3. Click Activate.

If it works you see Licence activated: the Pro features are unlocked on this site. The Your plan card then shows your plan name and the renewal date, and the Licence key card shows Active, how many sites use the key (Sites used) and two buttons: Check now (asks the licence server for the current status) and Release this site.

The free 7-day trial

1. Go to Drive Documents > Licence and, in the Your plan card, click Try Pro free for 7 days. On the Portal screen the same trial starts from Start the free trial.
2. All Pro features switch on immediately. The black bar at the top of the plugin screens shows how many days are left.

• No card is required and nothing renews automatically.
• The trial can be used once per site. It does not restart if you reinstall the plugin.
• When it ends, the portal keeps working as the free version. No document is lost and your Pro settings stay stored: they switch back on as soon as you activate a licence.

Messages you may see

• Key not recognised. Check that you copied it in full. Copy the key again, without spaces before or after.
• The licence has reached the number of sites it covers. Release it on another site (see Move a licence to another site) or move to a larger plan.
• The licence has expired. Renew it to keep the Pro features.
• The licence server cannot be reached. Usually a temporary network problem at your host. A licence that was already active stays valid for a 14-day grace period, so your site keeps working meanwhile.
