We want you to buy a Plugin only if it is right for you. That is why every Plugin has a free version and a 7-day trial, and why every purchase is covered by the guarantee below.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

Every customer, consumer or business, can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase (or of an automatic renewal), without giving any reason.

2. How to ask

1. Write to webadmin@nopvideo.com from the address you used at checkout, or tell us that address.
2. Tell us which Plugin and which purchase (the order number or the date is enough).

You can also use the model form below. We confirm receipt by email and refund the full amount with the same payment method you used, within 14 days of your request, at no cost to you. The licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued and the Plugin goes back to its free version.

3. Legal right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason, under articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code. To exercise it, send us a clear statement of your decision, for example by email, before the 14 days expire. The effects are the same as the guarantee above: full refund within 14 days, with the same payment method.

Our money-back guarantee applies in any case, even when the Plugin has already been downloaded and activated.

4. Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling is different from a refund: it stops the next renewal. Write to webadmin@nopvideo.com at any time. The licence stays active until the end of the period already paid. If a renewal has just been charged and you did not want it, you can still ask for a refund of that renewal within 14 days.
