Block and shortcode
The Form block shows a form with a preview identical to the site. In the sidebar choose the form, the style and whether to show its name as a title.
Everywhere else use the shortcode:
[nopd_form id="12"]: the form with id 12 (copy it from All forms).[nopd_form id="12" title="yes"]: with the name of the form as a title.[nopd_form id="12" look="boxed"]: another style,boxedorsoft(Pro).
The form is plain HTML that takes fonts and colours from your theme. It works without JavaScript; with JavaScript it sends without reloading the page and shows errors next to the fields.
