The recipient chosen by a field

Choose a Choice or Checkboxes field in Recipient chosen by a field and write one line per option: Sales = sales@example.com, boss@example.com. When a visitor picks that option, the notice goes to those addresses instead of the ones above.

Your own auto-reply

Write the subject and the text of the auto-reply. Placeholders such as {f1} (the answer to a field, its id is listed under the text), {form}, {site} and {home} are replaced. Only short answers are repeated, never long texts or web addresses written by the visitor, so nobody can use your form to send spam to others.
