Pro: webhook

Write an address in Webhook and every entry is also sent there as JSON: form, entry, date, page and the answers with their labels. Uploaded files are sent by name only.

Each request carries the header X-NOPD-Signature: sha256=…, the HMAC-SHA256 of the body with the secret shown under the address: check it on your side to be sure the request comes from your site. Send a test to the webhook shows whether the address answers.
