Pro: import and export
In Popup > Settings, Export all popups downloads a JSON file with content and settings. On the other site, choose the file in Import from a file (or paste its text) and click Import.
Imported popups arrive off: check them, then switch them on. Page rules written as paths (/contact/) work on the new site; page IDs usually do not.
