How often

Open by itself decides how often a popup can open without a click:

• On every page the visitor opens;
• Once per visit: again only when the visitor comes back another time;
• At most once every N days.

Never again after stops it for good for that visitor when they close it, or when they click a link or a button in it or send its form.

All this is remembered in the browser of the visitor, without cookies: only the number of the popup and dates. A visitor who clears the data of the site sees the popups again. A click on a link to the popup always opens it, whatever the frequency.
