Colours and icons

Right-click a folder and choose a colour and an icon.

Pages, posts and custom post types

In Folders > Settings choose the post types: the list screen gets its own tree and you drag rows onto folders.

Private folders

Each user sees only their own folder tree. Existing folders stay visible to administrators.

Sort by size

Sort the files of a folder by name, date, size or type, and open Largest files to clean up. Run Measure existing files once in Folders > Tools.

ZIP download

Right-click a folder and choose Download as ZIP; subfolders are included.

Import and export

In Folders > Tools import from JSON or CSV, or from FileBird, Real Media Library, Enhanced Media Library, Media Library Assistant and WP Media Folder. A dry run shows what would happen before anything is written. Your old plugin is not touched.
