Privacy Policy

This policy explains how No One Productions S.r.l. processes personal data when you visit digital.nopvideo.com, buy a licence, activate a Plugin or write to us, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Italian Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003).

2. What we process, why, and on what basis

Payment card details are entered on the Stripe checkout and are processed by Stripe: we never receive them.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it. We send you emails about your licence (key, receipts, renewals); we will only send marketing emails if you ask for them.
3. The Plugins on your own site
The Plugins run on your WordPress site. The content they handle there (your files, your pages, your catalogue, the questions your visitors ask Answer Desk) stays on your site and on the services you connect, and is not sent to us. For that data you are the controller. Answer Desk sends questions directly from your site to the AI provider you choose, under your own account with that provider.
4. Who receives the data
Only the people at No One Productions who need it, and these providers, acting as processors or as independent controllers for their own services:
- Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus): hosting of the Site and of the licence service.
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland): payments, subscriptions and refunds.
- Google Ireland Ltd.: Google Analytics, only with your consent.
- Our accountant and the Italian tax authorities, for invoicing and tax obligations.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Stripe and Google may process some data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which both companies are certified, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what happened before, for analytics through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Write to webadmin@nopvideo.com: we answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work.
7. Is providing data mandatory?
You can browse the Site without giving us any data. To buy a licence, name, email and billing details are needed: without them we cannot issue the licence or the invoice.

9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
