Pro: import and export
In FAQ & Reviews > Import and export:
- Export FAQ and Export reviews download a CSV file. Reviews include the ones waiting for approval.
- Import reads the same files. The first line names the columns, in any order; comma and semicolon both work, so a file saved by Excel in any language is fine.

Topics and sets that do not exist are created. A question with the same text, or a review with the same name and text, is skipped, so importing the same file twice adds nothing. Lines with errors are listed after the import.
