FAQ & Reviews · FAQ accordion and reviews plugin for WordPress

Answers that open with a click, reviews that earn trust

And structured data Google actually accepts

Write your questions and your customers’ reviews once, show them anywhere with a block or a shortcode. The accordion works with the keyboard and screen readers, and FAQPage and Review data are added only where Google’s rules allow them.

The same questions, every day, by email.

Do you ship abroad? How long does it take? Can I pay in instalments? I answer the same three things all week.

We have great reviews in our inbox, but on the site there is one testimonial from 2021.

The old FAQ plugin added stars to our homepage. Then Google sent us a manual action.

One subscription for every plugin

One subscription for all eight plugins. Pro is for your own site, your company's included, and starts with a 7-day free trial. Commercial is for people who build sites for clients and is bought directly.

Refund policy

For every site that gets asked the same things

Shops and services

Shipping, returns, payments, opening hours: grouped by topic, one click to open. Fewer emails, and visitors who buy instead of asking.

Courses, apps and products

Reviews with stars, the average on the page and Review data on the product, the course or the app: the kind of stars Google can show in results.

Web designers and agencies

The same FAQ on ten client sites with a CSV file, a review form that waits for approval and an email when a review arrives, with Pro.

FAQ and reviews, done properly

No page builder, no heavy script: plain HTML your theme styles, and less than 2 KB of JavaScript.

An accordion for everyone

Each question is a real button with aria-expanded, arrows and Home/End move between questions, and the browser’s search finds and opens closed answers.

Grouped by topic

Shipping, Payments, Returns: topics become headings, in the order you choose. Show all of them, or one topic per page.

Reviews as a list or a grid

Name, rating, text, role and photo. The average and the number of reviews on top, the newest or the best rated first.

Structured data by the rules

One FAQPage per page, even with several blocks. Review and AggregateRating only on products, apps, courses and books, never as self-serving stars on your company.

Blocks and shortcodes

Three blocks for the block editor, with a live preview, and the same three as shortcodes for Elementor, the classic editor and widgets.

Customers write, you approve

With Pro: a review form with spam protection and no cookies, reviews waiting for approval, an email when one arrives, CSV import and export, two more styles, carousel, masonry and your colour.

Questions before installing

Everything you need to show FAQ and reviews is free: unlimited questions and reviews, topics and review sets, the accessible accordion, list and grid, the average rating, blocks, shortcodes and structured data. Pro adds the review form with approval, the email when a review arrives, CSV import and export, two more accordion styles, carousel and masonry layouts and your own colour.

Only where Google allows them. Since 2019 Google ignores reviews that a company publishes about itself (Organization, LocalBusiness), and can penalise sites that mark them up anyway. FAQ & Reviews never adds stars to your company: Review data go only on review sets about a product, an app, a course or a book, with the average visible on the page. Testimonials about you are shown, without structured data.

Since 2023 Google shows FAQ rich results mainly for government and health sites. The FAQPage data are still valid and are read by other search engines and AI assistants, and you can switch them off if your SEO plugin already writes them.

Yes, with Pro: the review form block or shortcode. Every review waits for your approval, the form needs no cookies and no external service against spam, and it saves only name, role, rating and text.

It does not import reviews from Google, Facebook or Trustpilot automatically, and it does not ask customers for a review by email. You copy the reviews you want to show, or import them from a CSV file with Pro.
