Getting started

FAQ & Reviews shows your questions and answers as an accordion that opens with a click, and your customers’ reviews as a list or a grid with the average rating. It adds FAQPage and Review structured data for search engines, following Google’s rules.

1. Install the plugin

1. Download the FAQ & Reviews zip from My licences. Do not unzip it.
2. In WordPress go to Plugins > Add New Plugin, click Upload Plugin, choose the zip and click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.
3. A FAQ & Reviews item appears in the left menu, with FAQ, Topics, Reviews and Review sets under it.

2. Write the questions

1. Open FAQ & Reviews > FAQ and click Add question.
2. The title is the question, written the way a visitor would ask it; the text is the answer. Links, lists and bold work as in an article.
3. On the right, tick a Topic (Shipping, Payments...) or add one. Order in Page Attributes sets the position: lower numbers come first.

3. Add the reviews

1. Open FAQ & Reviews > Reviews and click Add review.
2. The title is the name of the person, the text is the review. In the Rating box choose the stars and, if you like, a role or company. The photo is the Photo box (the featured image). The date shown is the publication date.
3. Tick a Review set if the review is about a product, a course or an app: see Stars in Google.

4. Put them on a page

In the block editor add the FAQ accordion and Reviews blocks: the settings are in the sidebar, and the preview is the same as on the site. With Elementor, the classic editor or a widget, use the shortcodes [nopd_faq] and [nopd_reviews]: see Blocks and shortcodes.
