These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of the WordPress plugins sold on digital.nopvideo.com (the "Site") under the brand No One Productions Digital. Please read them before you buy: by completing a purchase you accept them.

We sell licences for WordPress plugins: Dropbox Portal, Google Drive Portal, Product Viewer, Content Gate, WP Plus+ and Answer Desk (the "Plugins"). Each Plugin has a free version and a paid version (Pro or Full). The main features, system requirements and prices of each Plugin are described on its product page and pricing page, which form part of these Terms.

The Plugins are released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. A paid licence gives you a licence key that unlocks the paid features on the number of sites of your plan, access to updates and access to support for the duration of the licence.

3. Who can buy

You can buy as a consumer (a person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession) or as a business or professional. Some rules below apply only to consumers, and we say so where that is the case. You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in euro and include VAT. There are no other charges from us. Answer Desk connects to AI providers using your own API key: what those providers charge you is paid to them directly and is not part of our price.
• Payment is handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. on a secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card details.
• Every purchase comes with an invoice. If you are an EU business with a valid VAT number and need a reverse-charge invoice, write to us before you buy.

5. How the contract is made

You choose a plan on a pricing page and complete the payment on the Stripe checkout. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. We then send you, at the email address you gave at checkout, the order confirmation, the licence key and the link to download the Plugin. These Terms are available on the Site at any time and you can save or print them. The contract is in English.

6. Plans, renewal and cancellation

• Yearly plans (Dropbox Portal, Google Drive Portal, Content Gate, WP Plus+, Answer Desk) are subscriptions that renew automatically every 12 months at the price shown at the time of renewal, charged to the same payment method, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time by writing to webadmin@nopvideo.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal: the licence stays active until the end of the period already paid, and nothing more is charged.
• Product Viewer is sold for a one-off payment: the licence does not expire and does not renew.
• When a yearly licence ends, the Plugin keeps working in its free version. Your settings stay stored and come back when you renew.

7. Free trial

Every Plugin lets you unlock the paid features from inside the Plugin for 7 days, without a card and without any commitment. When the trial ends the Plugin returns to the free version and nothing is charged.

8. Licence and permitted use

• A licence key can be active on the number of sites of the plan you bought. You can release it from the Plugin admin and move it to another site.
• You may not share, resell or publish licence keys, or try to bypass the licence check.
• Names, logos and product pages of No One Productions Digital are ours and are not covered by the GPL.

9. Right of withdrawal and refunds

Consumers resident in the European Union have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. In addition, we give every customer, consumer or business, a 14-day money-back guarantee with no reason required. How to ask for it, and the model withdrawal form, are in our Refunds & Withdrawal policy.

10. Updates and support

During the licence period you receive the updates we publish and support by email at webadmin@nopvideo.com. We answer on Italian working days, normally within two working days. Support covers the use and configuration of the Plugins and the bugs we find in them; it does not cover custom development or problems caused by other plugins, themes or hosting.

11. Conformity and warranty

For consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, articles 135-octies and following) applies, and nothing in these Terms limits it. If a Plugin does not work as described, write to us: we will fix it within a reasonable time or, if that is not possible, refund you.

For business customers, the Plugins are supplied as described on their pages. We do not guarantee that they are free of every error or that they suit a specific purpose not described there. Always keep a backup of your site before installing or updating any plugin.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Within those limits, and only towards business customers, our total liability arising from a licence is limited to the amount paid for that licence in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.

13. Third-party services

Some Plugins connect to services run by others (Dropbox, Google Drive, AI providers). You use those services under their own terms and with your own accounts. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make to their interfaces, but we will do our best to update the Plugins when they change.

14. Personal data

We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published on the Site on the day of the purchase. For subscriptions, we tell you about material changes by email at least 30 days before the next renewal, and you can cancel before it.

16. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and the court of your place of residence has jurisdiction. For business customers, the Court of Bologna, Italy, has exclusive jurisdiction.
